Thanks to their flexible dimensions, the prefabricated manure tanks can be placed almost anywhere and on any surface. The tank design consists of curved corrugated sheet metal panels, which are connected to each other by means of bolts. Each panel is double-protected - galvanized and covered with additional newly developed metal coating. This makes the tank a sustainable solution for storage of manure.

The tanks are available with capacities from 6 to approx. 2232m³ and up to 6.10 m height. The diameters range from Ø1.82m to Ø30.97m. The tank panels are connected to each other by bolts, nuts and washers. The bolt head and the washer are pressed in the same shape as the wool and ensure a much stronger connection. As a result, one row of bolts is enough to connect the panels. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation and leads to huge savings in labor costs.

Thanks to all its advantages, the installation of the manure tanks is extremely easy - concrete slabs (30x30 cm) are placed on a clean sand base with a small slope. The tank is installed element by element by hand (due to its low weight). The individual panels are joined together with special, newly developed bolt sets, by ring-by-ring installation. A felt is placed on the inner side of the panels to protect the inner lining made of the special PVC foil. Soil is added at the entire base on the outside of the silo.
